Enjoying stunning views of kanamaluka/Tamar River and the eclectic architectural mix of the City of Launceston - the third oldest city in Australia. Belleview is fully renovated and exudes a stylishly minimalist aesthetic with subtle details that make this spacious home comfortable and cosy. Your family and friends will certainly thank you for booking Belleview and be left with joyous lifetime memories. Arriving at the property you will have see two carparks at street level. Once you have parked you will need to walk down the driveway path to the front door of the house. As with all Launceston properties that enjoy an elevated position, those with mobility issues may want to consider this when booking. Upon opening the front door you will be greeted by the entrance foyer with views that look out to the river and the Launceston cityscape. Past the entrance foyer your will arrive at the main living room with a plush sofa and a smart TV where you can sit and watch sport or movies with family or friends or just sit and chat about the days adventures. Past the main living area you will be greeted by the open plan kitchen and dining room which also take advantage of the views. The kitchen is not only absolutely stunning it is a chef's dream with all the modern conveniences of induction cook top, oven, dishwasher and for those coffee lovers a Nespresso pod coffee machine. We also provide a generous amount of biodegradable and combustible coffee pods. If you choose to cook up a storm either you or your guests can sit and chat at the breakfast bar or around the spacious 8-seater dining table. Off the dining room is a patio/deck which is complete with chairs and lounges allowing you to spend some time in the fresh air enjoying the view. There is also an outdoor BBQ is you wish to cook up outside. Down the hall from the dining area you have the three bedrooms all equally appointed with queensize beds. The master bedroom enjoys the most devine feature wall with gorgeous oyster lights that can be turned on and off whilst in bed (how convenient is that!!) The well appointed master bedroom comes with ensuite complete with shower, vanity and WC and is for the private use of those in your party lucky enough to nab the master-suite. The main bathroom is also located on the first level and is exquisite in its own right. Enjoying shower vanity and WC and also an amazing deep freestanding bath where you can luxuriate for hours. We even provide you with the most amazing Tasmanian made natural bath salts. We promise you Belleview will not disappoint. We will provide you full access details for your stay 3 days before your check-in date. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. Please make yourself at home! Please note there are stairs to gain access to the home from the road. There is a driveway you can wheel heavy bags down, but please be aware it is a steep entrance. We are available by phone from 8am to 8pm if you have any questions during your stay. We would love if you could message us when you have arrived safely and also a message on leaving is appreciated so we can clean as early as possible for our next guests. Please please let me know as soon as you can if there are any issues at all so we have a chance to take the appropriate action to ensure your stay is it should be - totally stress free and relaxing!! We are not always able to personally check the house before your arrival after our housekeepers have been. We are heavily reliant on them and we need to know as soon as possible if you and therefore we have been let down in any way by the presentation, maintenance or cleanliness of Belleview. All the attractions of Launceston are within easy reach, including Cataract Gorge, The Queen Victoria Museum and Gallery, and the vibrant Harvest Community Farmers' Market, held on Saturdays. Launceston is the gateway to the stunning wine trails of the Tamar Valley, and around two hours' drive from Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park – home to the world-famous Overland Track. We highly recommend you have a hire care or alternatively use Uber or taxi services. Public transport is not frequent in the area. Airport: Approximately 13 minutes drive to the airport. Public Transport: A short 10 metres walk to the nearest bus stop. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you!
